Excellent Credit Union, I recommend this institution very highly. The staff is always so happy and helpful, and full smiles! Update they held a check for 3 days to ensure validly and so they clear it and then it some how bounces! Not happy with them now I don’t recommend them!

Although this was the first bad experience I've had with Golden 1 in my eight years of being a loyal customer, I do want to mention it because it was very inconvenient. I had an official document from the city that was stamped and everything. But management wouldn't accept it; merely because the employee from the County Clerk's office had applied whiteout on something I had written in cursive, and then had me write it in print right next to it.
