I came to Hannah with brassy highlights, and I specifically asked her to tone the lighter hair, and I showed her a picture of my desired hair. I asked her to add lowlights in a medium brown. I knew that my hair wasn't right whenever she had me turned around the entire time she was blow drying it. My hair is muddy, and the blonde is gone. Hannah is the only girl I let touch my hair !! I always get so many compliments on my hair and she has been able to keep it so healthy while bleaching it.
