The Super is super! I cannot say enough about the super(Darrett) at Maryann Apts. in Caldwell, NJ. He is always polite, dependable and responsive. When the entrance door jammed on CHRISTMAS EVE! at about 4:30AM!, when I got home, it was Darrett who came to the rescue after the emergency hotline proved to be an effort in futility - it was a holiday, it was 4am and he was ON VACATION! Hello Mr. Goldberg, My name is Susan Walko and I live in the Saint Charles apartments in West Caldwell, NJ. I have lived here since I was a teen (45 years now)!. Worst client experience of my life. Moved me into a unit affected by a severe roach infestation with 0 warning, and now giving me the run around in getting the issue fully rectified. Wish I never engaged with these people. 0 regard for my wellbeing in how they do business. Maybe you'll get lucky and get a unit without any chronic problems I guess. But do not expect them to disclose if there are any.

I currently live at the Duncan Avenue building in Jersey City. This place is the worse!! Not so much because of management but the people who live here. The noise level is insane, you can literally hear every step, door slamming, movement, sex noise, etc. and not to mention there are tenants who leave their windows open while being intimate. Management really needs to start taking initiative to addressing these issues especially if people are now working from home. Awful place to live! Cracks on the walls, every floor smells like cigarette smoke, you have no control over your radiator so apartment become extremely over heated and you get burns if you bump into the radiator, Brown water out of sink faucets and ceiling leaks on multiple occasions. Walls are so thin I can hear full conversation my UPSTAIRS neighbor are having, people smoke EVERYDAY and make other apartments smell awful and when you tell management they claim they can’t find the source. Avoid living here at all cost!
