Kings garden Woodbridge NJ. Horrible management, Kings garden now scaring tenants into staying in their lease because too many apartments are empty. Over 15 apartments are now vacant and no one wants to move into to the poor living conditions and up keep. Roads into the apartment complex are riddled with pot holes. If you find a better place to live they now charge you double the price to break your lease, even when you are within your 60 days notice and have not signed your new lease. Do not rent here.
