This is long overdue, but I happened to stumble on the reviews for this doctor when trying to recommend a doc to my friend. In 1998, Bruce Goldberg repaired my Achilles tendon which had rolled up in my calf. Fast forward to 2023 and I have absolutely no trouble with the Achilles. He's not snuggly and mooshy with the bedside manner, but his knowledge and professionalism at correcting the problem absolutely excels. My daughter went to see him for a broken ankle she got before she went off to college. She needed a 6 week follow-up. He was the orthopedic doctor closest to her new college. He didn't have an x-ray machine; he didn't even touch her ankle; and after their 10 minute consultation that ended with "looks good" he keeps sending me a 200$bill with a return envelope whose address is incorrect and keeps getting returned back to me. Seriously unimpressed.
