I had my heat pump installed April 2024 and I have now had 2 seasons of AC. The installation was flawless and took only part of a morning replacing my ac and indoor gas furnace. The unit is quiet and efficient and when I had a problem during a hot spell, they came out for service the next morning. It turned out to be a power cord of all things (unrelated to heatwave). I would be hard pressed if there was ever a team more capable of realizing the exact solution you needed than Goldbaums. You'll see tons of reviews about Victor (s), and they're all true - this team is the best, and most respectful team you can have (as long as you treat them well too).
