Dr. Is good. Terrible optic service and office manager. They went through about for optic technicians. Waited almost 4 months to get trial contact lens. When finally got them the prescription was wrong on one eye. Asked for refund to get test done somewhere else & they refused. They reordered lens, had to call multiple times for status. When finally got them mailed to me it was not a pair & they were not labeled for which eye they were for! Didn’t try them because what was the point if I didn’t have a pair. I've been a patient for more than 25 years. I've had cataract surgery with mixed results (cornea bleed), prescribed dry eye med (ALREX) which thinned one optical nerve (which he acknowledged as a risk AFTERWARD IF USED MORE THAN 10 DAYS), witnessed high staff turnover including high school student medical assistants (unfamiliar with optical testing apparatus). Very professional doctor
Excellent visit with best opthamologist in the desert. I've been a patient for over 25 years. Cassandra, receptionist, was. friendly and professional. STEPHANIE, medical assistant, was superb and knowledgeable. Let's hope this level of care continues. Pleasant appointment, not rushed. 1/29/24.
