I've been a patient for more than 25 years. I've had cataract surgery with mixed results (cornea bleed), prescribed dry eye med (ALREX) which thinned one optical nerve (which he acknowledged as a risk AFTERWARD IF USED MORE THAN 10 DAYS), witnessed high staff turnover including high school student medical assistants (unfamiliar with optical testing apparatus). Excellent visit with best opthamologist in the desert. I've been a patient for over 25 years. Cassandra, receptionist, was. friendly and professional. STEPHANIE, medical assistant, was superb and knowledgeable. Let's hope this level of care continues. Pleasant appointment, not rushed. 1/29/24.
