Great experience! After being given the run around by another jeweler, I stopped into Gold Works. I am very pleased with the service I received! David was very businesslike and to the point, while friendly, and showed me exactly what he could do with what I wanted done. (I was having my center stone diamond in my wedding set replaced) There was no trying to sell me anything I wasn't interested in or trying to convince me to do something fancier that would require more work.
