The doors to amenities are often locked never open on the times the regulatory signs state. Bathrooms are never cleaned or supplied with anti bacterial soap. Either they are under staffed or lazy staffed
The park is okay. The issue here is that you need to clean your space yard almost everyday. Too much street cats walking around , pooping your yard and the strong urine cats smell. Lots of mosquitoes on your porch. You have to keep your dogs and windows closed to avoid mosquitoes getting inside the house. I just hope the park do something about this. The other day an opossum was on the porch. I got scare and my daughter was afraid to walk.
When i bought here 2 years ago I was told oh the space rent never raises, u was told it was really quiet, I was told I had a lot of autonomy with my home. Nope. Loud music and I work overnights so highly irritating, space rent has raised EVERY SINGLE YEAR, they sent a tree service company to trim a tree in MY back yard without asking, without planning and did it on a morning after I had worked causing me to have 0 sleep before my next shift and without notice.
