OMG I seriously love coming here. Especially when I come at night and TaShawna always hooks me up! She is so awesome! It literally takes her like two seconds to take care of me and is always so helpful. I will always take my business to Goldwerks over any other shop around here!
I was a customer at Gold Werks in Euclid today (2-10-19). I must applaud the purchasing assistant working this evening. I've never seen so many people in there at one time and there was a customer who was less than pleasant and Ta'shawna remained calm, professional, and friendly. Unfortunately that's a rare quality in a person these days. I was very impressed and because of her I will recommend Gold Werks to all my family and friends. She deserves a raise and don't let that gem go!! Well done Ta'shawna, well done!!
Very friendly and helpful
I love this place the girls that work there are awesome! Angela and Tiffany always take the BEST care of me when I come in. Super polite and super helpful. I will always bring all my business to this establishment because of these girls!!!
