Poor craftsmanship on grill. Looks thrown together. No symmetry and I’m not talking about my teeth (I’ve had braces). I got a bar in the middle of grill and it is crooked. One side of the bar is up high on one teeth and low on the other teeth. The grill was not worth the price/quality.
I had 2 rings sized down at this jewelry store and am not pleased with the results. Should've inspected them better before paying. Got home and realized that each ring has nicks in them that can be seen and felt. Not to mention that the rings were thinned out way too much and the width is now not uniform. Very sloppy job and wasn't even given a receipt so all I can do is pray the rings holds up and don't come apart.
New management is fantastic, they definitely have the best prices in town for gold. I traded in some of my old jewelry and they gave me great trade in value and amazing prices for my new jewelry. Better than any pawn shop for sure and customer service from their staff was 10/10. Saaj and his team were so friendly and respectful and I didn't feel pressured at all, definitely will be a regular customer from now on.

Made a fantastic purchase from their sister store for my fiances engagement ring, and ended up buying a gold chain from here too. Way cheaper than the other stores i’ve been to and customer service is top notch just like their other stores. 10/10 as always will be coming back to yall for all my jewelry
