Terrible property management company. They told us they were sending the lease over to use to sign. A few hours later I inquired and Jin said the property owner approved a different applicant. I had already given my 30 day notice to our current management company. Now she won't answer.me via text or email.
Do not deal with Jin Shao. She won't respond to your texts. She won't answer your calls. She told me she would refund my $90 application fee after ghosting me on a rental in Chandler. Still no refund. This place is a joke. They don't speak English and they scam you. I was the 1st to view the property, made more than enough money and have great credit. Worst thing about this is she ran my credit anyway and didn't even tell me she was doing it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
