I never had a landlord before Anthony and his wife Katie, but something tells me I'm spoiled. Whether it be something as simple as a thermostat or the oven acting on the fritz, Anthony is always very responsive. The house is also very clean. You can't beat the quality furnishings, appliances, and location for the price. I hope he doesn't decide to raise my rent after I write this! Definitely give Golden Tree Properties a shot; you won't be disappointed. I know I'm not.
