This man needs to retire. He is extremely unknowledgable of any of the current trends with in the industry. His store is nearly empty of product. He is terribly horribly rude and Obnoxious. From the looks of his place hes about ready to go out of business anyway. Pick up your watches soon or other repairs. His favorite thing to do is to practice contempt prior to investigation other than that I don't think he has a long suit
I needed to have a watch battery replaced and clean the watch... Called to ask a couple questions and the person who answered seemed like he didn't care for my business and hung up on me so I took my stuff to the other jewelry store in the same shopping center.
