It's pretty okay. If you follow the directions that the map gives you, it brings you to the entrance of a shaded area. To the first time visitor, it may look like where you're supposed to pull up. From the confused looks from the attendant, I was able to explain that it's my first time here and trying to figure out where to go. If you do come in a different way, different than Google directs you in, you are greeted with an entrance arrow which directs you towards the vestibule to take your money. We get our car washed here because it’s convenient and close to where we live. Most of our car washes is great. Only 1 time I noticed the workers towards the ending of their shift was slacking in cleaning our vehicle. My husband & I bought our truck and a rental car here to have both vehicles cleaned! That was around 4:45pm! The car wash closes at 5:30pm. So I understand why it happened!! Can you please fix this problem? But overall Golden Touch is awesome!!!
