A couple of years ago, I bought an OB-Béla banjo from GT. It was a great purchase and is certainly my favorite banjo. Recently, I sent them my 1998 OB-250 that I had lying around in a closet. I liked that banjo, but something was missing. I asked them to replace the neck with one similar to the OB-Béla (an OB-Flying Eagle neck). The change was radical and the banjo feels and sounds better than ever. I want to recommend and thank GT for their luthier services and, of course, for their excellent instruments.

David, Wayne and Dale are the best customer service folks I've ever met. I bought the first issue of a 001 parlour guitar that knocked me out. I've been a Martin, Guild player and compare this guitar with 00 Martin's, Taylor's and Eastmans priced at $1K or more. This Gold Tone stands up to every one of them!
I've been taking my banjo there for years to have work done on it and I'm always happy when I get it back. I just bought a banjo case. And love it. Thank you for all your work.
