We want to thank Mo for his advice and assistance. It is the 3rd time visiting this small business place at the Killen Mall to get service for our watches. Every time, Mo gives us his recommendation, and we have to decide to either send in the watch for service or with our permission, he tries to work on it right there. Mo was extremely educated in his craft. Answered every question that I had professionally and with honesty. We were able to strike a great deal with my trade in and he even made adjustments to my watch band for free while educating me on the overall operation of my unique watch. Highly recommended!

I had to cancel my order less than a week prior to when I needed it because the company failed to deliver within the timeline they originally assured me. I was very clear that this piece was for a once-in-a-lifetime milestone event, and I trusted them to follow through. They didn’t. Their poor communication and inability to manage orders properly caused a lot of stress and disappointment. If you’re ordering for something time-sensitive or meaningful, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

love gold time so much!! been with them for years and i’ve never had any issues. quick turn around time. great quality and great service! gotten multiple pieces and they are all great!
