I called to find out whether they do small repairs while you wait. The woman I spoke with proceeded to tell me that they need to see the piece and I would have to leave it as they are very busy. Btw, her attitude was very condescending bordering on rudeness. After reading some of the other reviews, kind of doubt that they are busy. I went to this store with my wife to sell mixed gold (18K, 21K, 22K). First, the daughter sorted and authenticated the pieces, then her father continued and took the gold for weighing with his back turned, so I could not see the scale. They offered me around $9,400 for gold that was worth about $17,500, which is about 55 cents on the dollar. Love Gold and Time Jewelry! My husband and I have been coming here for all of our jewelry for the last 15 years beginning with my engagement ring. The service has always been excellent and the prices always fair! I like shopping here since it is a more individual/boutique experience. Much better than shopping at the big chains. Original and unique pieces!! Friendly and patient service!
