Based on numerous neighbor recommendations, we brought a family ring in to be sized. Not only did they have it back to us super quick, but it looked beautiful. They polished it up so nicely it looks like a new ring. I love that this is family owned business. Asher was an absolute delight; polite, professional, and charming. Perfection!

I am very sad to give this jeweler a 1 star review, but I believe it is warranted for poor quality work and poor customer service. This jeweler created a custom ring for me 6 years ago. It is very precious to me, and I wore it infrequently and was very careful with it to try to keep it nice. About a year ago I brought in my daughter's ring to be repaired since I thought they had done a wonderful job with my custom ring. That was a mistake. I couldn't recommend or speak highly enough of Gold Thumb. My family has been doing business with them for generations & we couldn't be more impressed by this family owned business's level of care, diligence & follow-through. I took my wife's emerald diamond bracelet that was an heirloom gifted down from my Mammaw she got in Ireland many years ago in to them because an emerald had fallen out & I wanted to have it replaced for her birthday, which of course I only gave Gold Thumb a weeks notice.
