Polite but very very unknowledgeable about their products. I was looking at a $2200 bracelet and asked to see the certificates on the stones. They couldn't answer me, wouldn't test the stones or even had a certification. I understand these things are second hand but I wouldn't purchase CZ for that price. Don't go here if you're looking for actual help on the sale floor.
