I have been the IT guy for Linda, and Guiomar for years and years. And even though Linda has since passed she is thought of often. Got to do some work for Guiomar today and it was great to see her and address all the issues at hand. :-)

I highly recommend Gold Star Reality. My sale was particularly complicated, there were multiple inspections/ showings that had to be scheduled with 4 tenants. In addition I was using a 1031 tax deferment. Linda handled all of it expertly with no issues, and best of all, with no involvement from me.
