This company is unethical. Sending out vague texts offering cash for way under the property value of your property, trying to take advantage of people's misfortune or lack of knowledge. So unethical it's pathetic.

Gold Star is your average, crappy property management company. They seem decent in the beginning, but by the end of your lease you realize they are total scam artists. Before we moved in I asked that they remove an old wooden playset that was falling apart. It had holes in the floor, nails and rebar sticking out. They removed it but left a small retaining wall with a huge piece of rebar sticking out. 2 months later my cousin was playing fetch with my dog in the backyard. Kayla, we are sorry to hear you were not happy with your move out process. We try to make it very clear what tenants are responsible for by giving very detailed move out instructions and cleaning check lists that you read and initialed. During your walk through you were told what you missed and were even given the opportunity to fix those issues since you had a few days left on your lease.
