All Beware , this company in Bismarck will keep your deposit and more , Your good faith activities don't count . Paying rent on time , leaving house spotless cleaned. They will photo graph a spec in the very corner of your floor and enhance the picture to justify why they charge 1700 to clean the house plus 200 to wash carpet and a lot of other stuff they shove at you. I wish I had an option for 0 review. Worst management ever. Total reap off. I am still working with them to sort out more and they are denying everything would not let me talk to anybody. First, move in pictures were posted with pictures taken in my absence. I had to pay and spend 2 days in the hotel before I was able to receive a key which counted towards my lease after I moved into the city for a one year program. We got an aesthetically beautiful townhouse with a nice yard in a quiet area...........the unit itself was pretty bad when it came down to it. We had so many issues, some minor, some pretty expensive - we moved out and into an apartment until we could find a house we like because it was THAT BAD. On move in we had to clean the unit ourselves because it was pretty dirty and we ended up paying a cleaning service to come in.
