If you are looking for a Management Company...no need to look any further, this firm is great. I'm on the board of directors for my HOA in El Monte and am very pleased with the management. They are local to our area, a live person answers the phone during business hours, the manager attends every meeting, and we get financial statements EVERY month.
Worst people you could ever rent from. They don’t give 2 shits about you and what you have to ask just want your money then charges extra fees when you move out. Don’t use this company
Me and my wife have been through a great deal of frustration, pain and agony with the manger of Gold Star property management for a long long time , the problem is every time when is a t problems with our neighbors and our neiborhood specially with our community gated at (12828 Ramona Blvd, Baldwin Park, CA 91706 when we call or we go in person to the office to ask for help , she the manger and her assistant have boon absolutely hopeless, what shame indeed
My HOA is looking for a management company. We reached out to 4 different companies in the San Gabriel Valley and Goldstar was the only one to call back! And the day after I left a message with the front desk!. Ciclolia (sp?) called me back with a quote the day after I left a message with her office. She is super knowledgeable and we're so happy to have someone else responsible for paying bills and sending out financials and collecting monthly payments and all the other stuff that makes it so stressful being on the board
