Paul and Nate did a phenomenal job. Came in, deduced the problem, and remedied everything all in the same day. We were messing with it for weeks before hiring Gold Star. They get a gold star from me and my family for sure!

In particular, I want to commend the service technician, Anthony Trujillo. He was very professional and took the time to explain everything step-by-step. I truly appreciated the quick response and the thoroughness of the work. I highly recommend your services to others based on this experience.
May 2026: 1 year 7 clogs every other month and camera footage showing this repair required GokdStar to dig up, get a PERMIT (THEY SAID THEY Didn't NEED EVEN ON Recording). ROC requires by law you pay in full when your contract with a contractor is done and they say done. It's always interesting how you are treated after they are paid in full and have to come back under warranty and spend MUCH MORE than the original job was.
