I was nervous to try this practice based off of past reviews but it was the only place I could get my kids into without a long wait after moving to the area. We have had a great experience! Doctors and nurses are wonderful and take their time with my kids. Office staff has been helpful and I can usually get in fairly quickly for an appointment if needed. Also, the 24 hour nurses line is responsive and helpful as well. So happy we have found Dr. Palmieri!
Our son’s doctor was excellent - however the staff here has been hellacious to deal with when we moved and wished to change doctors closer to our new home. It took multiple months and multiple requests from both us and his new pediatrician’s office staff to send records to the new doctor. They refused the request once because they claimed the office name was written wrong. They then only sent record of his most recent physical, not complete records as we requested. Erin who is the LPN was AMAZING! Very very helpful and helped my 5 month old out tremendously. He had the worst rash and allergic reaction, and she found the perfect treatment plan for him and within 5 hours I had already seen a huge improvement, one day later, he’s almost a whole new baby!!! Thank you so much Erin, you’re PHENOMENAL!!!!
