Overall bad experience. I just got my nails done yesterday. I asked for very simple designs but was denied 4 times. Then the acrylic was applied incorrectly and my cuticles weren’t cut until everything was done, causing my fingers to hurt and one to be infected. The nail are I did end up getting was very sloppy. If I could leave 0 stars I would

Went here for a gel manicure because my previous one was grown out / starting to lift. The woman doing my nails used an e-file to remove the previous gel, but she seemed inexperienced or untrained with the tool (she didn’t know how to change the bit and had to ask for help). She used a removal bit all the way down to my natural nail and continued to use it even when there was no more gel on my nails.
