The arrogance runs thick here. In my experience, you're only as good as your opportunity of getting approved. If you're employed with a simple and obvious income, this may be an okay solution if you don't mind being woo'd and kicked to the curb. Bring a less than traditional situation (eg. stellar credit and (complicated) multiple streams of income) and their underwriter knows best-\-\end of conversation-\-\nothing else to talk about.
