We got Steve because he was the cheapest quote we got back in December. He is a nice guy but he missed so much! We have random vent exhaust filling our laundry room with hot/cold air depending on outside temperature. The water heater exhaust leads right back into the house. There was black mold in most of the window seals and most of the windows are broke and has broken seals. None of the doors latch.
