I just discharged them. Due to very poor service. The nurse was exemplary. However office staff was awful. Laboratory tests were not properly scheduled or followed up on. And supplies were not given as requested or as needed. Many phone calls were made and many emails were sent to try to manage these problems over a period of several months to No Satisfaction. I have had the pleasure of working with Terrence Loveless on numerous occasions over the last few years, and have found him to be an honest, conscientious and caring person, dedicated to his business and the care of others.
