Always good service at a fair price has been my experience.
I was working in the area and needed bulk propane filled and they have a dock that’s capable and good guys working there. They filled us and gave us a better rate buying bulk. We’ll stop here again next time we’re working in the area.
Poor customer service, very rude and disorganized. I switched to a different provider.
Worst service ever. You can not depend on these people if you need emergency service. They left me hanging for days promising delivery with my tank running dry and 10 below. Their misinformation just made things worse and when I complained after the 3rd time they failed to deliver they told me it was my fault anyway for letting the tank run low and they werent going to deliver until "next week sometime". So much for customer service. I called Ferrel Gas and they charged extra for emergency but were there an hour later.
