I would be careful doing business with their office on Guadalupe Street because they’ll mess up your account and hold you liable like if you’re the one doing the computer work and doing the contracts . I believe whoever was a person that messed up on the account should be the one that’s liable .The customer is not the one that messed up on the account. they probably need to be retrained, but they have too many responsibilities that they can’t handle.

Horrible experience currently with the gold star on calton, I called the store right when they opened to advise them that I would be interested in renewing but would come in at a later time in the day because I was at work. While at work, I received 6 missed calls even though I had just called in the morning to advise that I would be at the store before 5:30. The woman calling even left a voicemail of her sighing.
