We paid them a little over 100 dollars to get rid of a RACCOON and they captured a street cat and said that the job was done. We called to complain and they said “well we caught something, so that’s that”. We asked for a refund or for them to come back and catch the raccoon, because we still have him in our attic destroying everything and making a ton of noise, but they said “no, because we already caught an animal”.
