Sat at the drive-through speaker for five minutes when there was one car in front of me and then sat at the window for another 10 minutes waiting on food while I watched them do everything else, but bag of my food and hand it to me. Watch them hand out DoorDashes and fill up ice buckets. Very bad service do better
I love gold star. But did this location get new management? I seen a lady that seemed like a owner there 2 weeks ago, food was fantastic. Now it seems they hired a bunch of kids who are unprofessional and dont know what they are doing. As someone who worked at a goldstar age 16 to 20, its not that hard. I have came here twice to hear them screaming at eachother inside, plates breaking, and wait times for food being way too long.
