Just purchased a coney crate and a reg 3 way from the Latona location, worst service ever. Instead of receiving 9 cheese coneys with everything, and 1 with no mustard and no onions with veggie chile. Received all 10 cheese coneys with no mustard no onions and veggie chile. I will never purchase Gold Star again.
We bought two 4-way spaghetti through carry out and when we got it home there was very little chili on our spaghetti. The service in Wilmington Ohio is getting very bad. I have always preferred Gold Star over Skyline but at least Skyline puts chili on their food. I am 75 years old and have been preferring your brand over others but I will be buying the other brand.
Alexandria, Kentucky. The service is fine. I'm saddened that I can only go as low as one star. It's much more than you deserve. The service is not the problem!! The food is seriously delinquent in flavor. I was die hard gold star vs. skyline. But now I realize why the bengals switched. Its Christmas and theyre open, they have a line a half mile up the road and they were dishing out orders, working together to get it done and provided amazing customer service despite the stress. This was the newport KY location.
I'm going to keep this simple, stopped at the Fairfield store on Nilles for four cheese coneys with extra chili. Second time in 2 weeks, also the second time I did not receive extra chili on my coneys. Wah wah, wah, ikr.
