they can get the order right. if they do get it wrong they should offer to replace the whole order. I got home and found out they left out half the order. by the time I went back up there and back home the other half of my order was cold..

Terrible service waited 10 minutes on a cheeseburger only for them to get it wrong and find a hair not worth going back because I don't want any more food from there. Take it as a loss and a lesson
I chose the "poor presentation" because there wasn't one for missing food or rude belligerent employees. Almost every time we go there, we get shorted on our order. This time, we decided to go back to get the missing food. We were confronted with a rude employee who kept insisting that she put everything in the bag, then insisted my girlfriend was lying about the missing items. Skyline Chili, here we come.

Had a lot of friends recommend their burgers from the chowdown Cincinnati Facebook page and it’s true gold star burgers are legit fire , I would give them 5 stars but I ordered cheese fries with my burger and only was given regular fries , also tried the garlic parmesan fries which weren’t much to my liking (I’m not a fan of garlic parmesan) but those that do like it I guarantee you’ll enjoy it …… See more
