TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE “MANAGER” Richard Jules! He started to take our order in the middle of taking our order he told us to “hold on.” We waited 10-15 minutes at the speaker he never came back. It was 1 car at the window 5 cars in the drive through. We called out multiple times to get our order took he never said anything back to us. Found pieces of plastic in my 3 way and they didn’t care to do anything about it !! They acted like it was no way that was in there ! Lol won’t ever return because of it !
