That was the worst ever. I literally threw the burger away after taking a bite—the meat smelled awful. I paid about $15 for that burger, which came with a tiny portion of fries and some sweet tea. I swear, guys, I threw the tea away too because I didn't like it at all.

I visited the Loveland location at 471 Wards Corner Rd on 6/22/2026 around 9:30 PM through the drive-thru, and the lady working the register was wonderful. I had never been there before and wasn’t sure what to order, but she was very patient, kind, and professional while helping me pick food. She made the experience feel welcoming instead of rushed, and that really stood out to me. Great customer service like that deserves recognition.
