Amazing customer service! We ordered 2 three ways last night, and they only gave us enough cheese for one. When I called, I made the mistake of calling the wrong one and that store offered a free 3 way for the trouble. The next day I decided to get the 3 way for lunch, I dined in and of course they didn't have my name as having called but instead of fighting they not only took care of the bill but also took care of the tip, which is on heard of. Thanks Gold Star for going above and beyond what was really necessary!
Every time we travel from Georgia to Ohio, this is the first place we stop to eat! Got to have a 4 way with beans and a Coney. Yummy, very delicious! Also the friendliest people to wait on us. They even recognize us now when we walk in. Makes us feel very welcome.
Getting way to damn expensive to eat there. Cost me and my wife almost as what you could buy a steak dinner for.
