He took the time to explain all the different options for our home, including a few extra services we could add on. I recently had an excellent experience with Gold Star Carpet Cleaning. After an accident with a couple of cans of black spray paint in one of our bedrooms, we were really worried the carpet was permanently stained. I called to set up a time for an estimate, and both Ian and Brett were very honest and explained what could be done to remove the paint.
