They have a 13-year-old kid working in the drive-through who in two consecutive visits has messed up my order and I did not get what I ordered. I even had them scan the app so I can get credit for my purchase for Gold Star rewards and guess what? He screwed that up to don’t go to Gold Star no more
It's 9 on a Monday night and there are 13 young people working here. 3 tables of customers and no one came back to see how are food is or refill drinks. One girl swept the floor and one guy refilled bottles. Basically they enjoy being together. Second time at this location and service was just a tad bit better than the last time.
