Mr.Kel has been my barber for roughly 5 years. For that duration I have been more than satisfied. Kel is a professional when it comes to hair beautification. He has all the hair gadgets (equipment) needed to exceed expectations. The vibe is great, air condition feels great along with some soft R&B.
