I do painting work for George and his crew. Great work all around. Very easy to work with. Attention to detail is better than most and they always pay on time. Normally I wouldn't say this but so many other roofing contractors are quick to charge a homeowner but not fast to pay their subs. Thanks George. Keep it up.
Very disappointed. We had our roof and gutters replaced in 2022. A leak developed in January 2025. Someone came out and indicated that there was an area that was done incorrectly and that they would come out to fix the issue when it got warmer. We called in April to follow up, but no one returned our call. We continued to call, but where unable to leave a message because the voicemail box was full. I have a warranty issue - the window trim was installed incorrectly. - and I have been attempting to get this corrected for over a year. They’re either ignoring the issue or have gone out of business. It’s impossible to tell because the business voicemail is full and they don’t return calls.
Gold Standard Restorations stood out from the get-go with how honest, forthright, and knowledgeable Brad was. He served as our first point of contact, our on-site surveyor, our “salesman” (in quotes because he never tried to upsell, and in fact gave us some great money-saving tips for DIY work), and our on-site manager as the work was being done.
