Avoid at all costs! This company took a deposit, never performed the service and now refuses to refund the deposit and return calls. Any contractor is a better option than this one.
This is the second home that I used Gold Standard for putting a roof and gutters on. That right there should tell you that I trust this company. I really can't say enough good things about the service they bring as well as the quality craftsmanship that they do. I've worked personally in the construction industry for over 25 years and have not found a better residential roofing company that is as transparent, competitively priced and honestly goes the extra mile for a pleasant homeowners experience.
They did ice dam removal for me and are very knowledgeable about how and why ice dams happen and the best ways to prevent them and safely remove
I do painting work for George and his crew. Great work all around. Very easy to work with. Attention to detail is better than most and they always pay on time. Normally I wouldn't say this but so many other roofing contractors are quick to charge a homeowner but not fast to pay their subs. Thanks George. Keep it up.
Very disappointed. We had our roof and gutters replaced in 2022. A leak developed in January 2025. Someone came out and indicated that there was an area that was done incorrectly and that they would come out to fix the issue when it got warmer. We called in April to follow up, but no one returned our call. We continued to call, but where unable to leave a message because the voicemail box was full.
