Shawn wirh Gold standard has been an absolute life saver. My mom has been using them for yrs & I now I have as well. They also have a 30 day policy & came out free of charge to clean a new stain the resulted from the passing of our dear dog. They are reliable, honest, and a local family owned company that prides themselves on their quality of work which A-+++. Pur carpets look brand new again! I won’t go with any other company in the future & highly recommend using them to anyone.
We recommend this company to everyone!! They’ve come out multiple times to clean and do an initial protection service on our couch. But this week, they truly gained their biggest fans. Shawn was able to get RED SHARPIE out of our white couch!! I felt silly even calling him, but he did it!!!! Shawn cleaned and sealed our grout, he's an honest and nice guy. We noticed a chip after they finished (not from the cleaning) and he came out the next day to fix it. He does great work!
I hired them to clean my tile floors. The whole job went smoothly.Quick service. Everyone was friendly and explained things well. Very happy with how my floors look after they finished cleaning them. I can see the original color of my grout again!
