I had a terrible experience with one of Gold Shield Home Warranty’s vendors. The service was far below expectations, and I ended up having to find my own company to handle the repairs. I was hoping for a refund of the deductibles I’d already paid, but instead, Gold Shield went above and beyond. I have called twice now and spoke to two people who both said someone would get back to me as soon as possible. They took all of my information both times. It's been two weeks now, and no one has called me back. We just moved into a home where the appliances are half broken, and this place has been zero help. Too bad we didn't have a choice to go with another warranty agency! Maybe this review will actually get someone to call me back! I'm a first time home owner and unfortunately it was a rough first week, however Gold Shield has been awesome and relieved some of my stress. I've already had two claims covered since moving in. The process was very easy and customer service was great! I just needed to explain the issues and confirm if it was covered, then send a picture of the invoice.

Gold Shield was very easy to work with. Tyler was kind, efficient and caring. I was able to get a new AC unit within a couple days of reaching out. Very thankful as it has been extremely hot! Thank you Gold Shield.
