For those of you who like to get in and out of the gym quickly, don't skip Friday - afternoon (4pm-5pm). Place is empty! Free reign on equipment!
Pretty much no one is lifting on Friday after 5pm. Absolute best time to go (if you can't go early mornings)!
Zumba class with Lisa is the best! You will sweat your butt off!! Also the whole gym in general is grate! And memberships are not expensive at all!
Gym is awesome with a very cool atmosphere!
Love Zumba classes with Just Dance Roanoke (Sara Bremer and her crew)!!! You MUST check them out!
Worst Gym ever don't sign a contract you will never get out of it, go to Anytime Fitness on 460 its a nicer gym and the owners are great!
