Glad they returned to their oil.change without the additive and the added price. I'll keep driving g their from Roseville as long as they do.
I brought my '22 Impreza in for its first service today, which is complimentary at Subaru Gold Rush when you purchase a new vehicle (or was when I did). They did the service and as part of the inspection found a minor defect in the oil pan and repaired that under warranty. They even offered a loaner as they needed it for one extra day. They are always so attentive and helpful. They always take really good care of my wife's car and don't treat her like a lot of shops treat women. They are always respectful and get the job done timely. Very communicative if there are any issues that come up as well.
Great service and a quick turnaround! Working with Steve was fantastic and he addressed all of my questions and concerns perfectly. He also went the extra mile to make sure that fixes to our car were covered under our cars warranty, so that we could save money wherever possible.
