It was a cool place. Wish we could have been able to buy some things. Their credit card machine was down.
They need to update their hours both on google and their website. They are closed Tuesday and Wednesday, we drove an hour and a half thinking they were open, because their website says open 7 days a week. We arrive and on the door is a small paper saying closed Tuesday and Wednesday
This place is awesome! I had so much fun picking out geodes and cracking them open. For me this was super special. I would recommend it for families and adults who like rocks and gems. Panning for gold was fun and cracking geodes was so entertaining. Definitely an experience you can't find anywhere else in Big Bear. Highly recommend doing this for families with young ones and any rock nerds out there. You can't miss this. Such a fun memory!
