Kat is absolutely wonderful! She is super personable, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely professional. This was my first time at this store and she made my experience a fantastic one. I will forever be a loyal customer here. She helped replace a battery in my watch. She made my experience painless and quick. She also cleaned my ring free of charge. I learned about this place through the valpak and got a $5 coupon for the battery replacement. Highly highly highly recommend this place! 5/5 stars!

they say free on the spot appraisals on their website but in store they try to charge $150 and say it takes a week.

Just wanted to leave an honest review about my recent experience at this location. I came into the store and showed my ring, asking for a simple cleaning. The employee told me it would be about $25 for a polish and cleaning. Within two minutes, the price suddenly changed to $45. I let her know that was fine and even mentioned I might have a coupon from the Valpak. She told me the ring wouldn’t be ready until Saturday, which made me a little hesitant because I didn’t want to wait a week to get my grandfather’s ring back. But ... read more

I called ahead and was told they offer the service I needed. But when I arrived at the store, they told me they don’t actually provide that service. No one greeted me, and the whole interaction felt dismissive. Ironically, they ended by saying, “We’re glad we could help you,” even though they didn’t help at all. Very disappointing experience.
