I called ahead and was told they offer the service I needed. But when I arrived at the store, they told me they don’t actually provide that service. No one greeted me, and the whole interaction felt dismissive. Ironically, they ended by saying, “We’re glad we could help you,” even though they didn’t help at all. Very disappointing experience.

I sent an email a few days ago asking for a quote to fix a nose piercing I broke, and the reply was fast and very helpful! I brought in the piercing and was able to get it repaired and was out the door in under an hour. So happy to have it fixed, I’d definitely recommend this place for a fast, efficient, and well-done repair, and for their great customer service!
