Absolute scam artist. Do not go to Rosie under any circumstances. She was the nasty broker for a furnished condo rental that I had lived in for a year. She deducted over $700 from my security deposit after moving out. I waited a month for the security payment and then got sent a list of false charges. She charged me for dirty door handles, grout cleaner/caulk, stained mattress protector, sheet set, desk chair, and $150 for cleaning fee even though the place was cleaned before moving out and left in the same condition as when... read more
